Contraindications and health risks

Please check with your physician if you have any of the following circular breathing contraindications:

● Cardiovascular disease including angina, previous heart attack or stroke
● Diagnosis of aneurysm in the brain or abdomen
● Uncontrolled thyroid conditions and diabetes
● Asthma–if you are asthmatic, bring your inhaler to the session
● Epilepsy
● Diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition
● Hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 10 years.
● Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve intense physical and/or emotional release.
Liability Waiver

Since 2013 Breathwork has been officially deemed, by the greater medical community, as a "low risk" therapy. With all sessions, before anyone begins, we have you sign a Liability Waiver for your protection and ours. A contraindication is a specific situation or condition where a particular treatment, procedure, or medication should not be used because it may be harmful to the person. CLICK HERE to read and sign.
WHAT YOU NEED:

(1) A good internet connection; insure a stable internet connection. Test your internet. Audio sessions can also be listened to on your cellphone.

(2) A very good quality pair of headphones. Or a 2ear piece listening device, both ears must be connected to the audio.

(3) QUIET ROOM: Have a quiet space for the 1.5-hour session. There are 6-sessions with different time durations.

(4) CELL PHONES turned off or on muted while listening, so there is NO distruption. Remember, this is YOUR time for inner peace, make the most of it mindfully.

(5) Be comfortable: (a) yoga mat or bed, (b) knee bolster, (c) small head pillow: (it cannot be too thick, since you need the passageway to breathe deeply without your neck and throat being elevated too high, (d) eye mask, (e) blanket & (f) headphones; reguired on both ears, or earpods.
